خدمات البترول البحرية PMS تنفذ مشروع إنزال كابلات وخطوط بحرية بحقل بلاعيم بخليج السويس لدعم استدامة الإنتاج والتشغيل

في إطار استراتيجية وزارة البترول والثروة المعدنية لتعظيم الإنتاج و دعم البنية التحتية أعلنت شركة خدمات البترول البحرية (PMS) حصولها على أمر إسناد لتنفيذ مشروع متكامل لصالح شركة بترول بلاعيم (بتروبل)لتنفيذ أعمال مد وإنزال كابلات كهربائية وخطوط بحرية في خليج السويس والبحر الأحمر، بما يسهم في دعم إستدامة الإنتاج، وتحقيق التشغيل الآمن للمنصات البحرية . 

يشمل المشروع مد وإنزال ثلاثة كابلات بحرية بهدف تزويد ثلاث منصات بحرية بحقل بلاعيم بخليج السويس بالطاقة الكهربائية اللازمة لتعزيز إنتاج الزيت الخام، من خلال مد ثلاثة كابلات بحرية بإجمالي أطوال 26 كم، ويتم تنفيذ الأعمال من خلال تعاون إستراتيجي مع شركة ماريدايف بنظام EPCI (الهندسة والتوريد والإنشاء والتركيب) . 

وتعتمد PMS في تنفيذ المشروع على قدراتها الفنية المتطورة وورش التصنيع المتخصصة بالمعدية لتصنيع الأجزاء والمكونات المطلوبة للمشروع ، والذى يهدف لضمان توفير مصدر كهربائي مستقر وآمن لتشغيل المنصات البحرية المنتجة ورفع كفاءة التشغيل والإنتاج في حقول بلاعيم . 

كما يتضمن المشروع تنفيذ أعمال إنزال خطوط بحرية لصالح شركة بتروبل تهدف إلى رفع كفاءة التشغيل وتحقيق الاستدامة البيئية ، ويشمل ذلك إنزال خط بحري بطول 8 كم يربط بين عدد من الآبار بحقل بلاعيم والشاطئ بمنطقة بتريكو، لإعادة ضخ المياه المفصولة من الزيت المنتج (Waste Water) إلى الآبار غير المنتجة ، كحل اقتصادي وبيئي مبتكر للتخلص من المياه المفصولة بطريقة آمنة وإعادة استخدامها دون الإضرار بالبيئة ، كما سيتم إنزال خط بحري آخر بطول 3 كم لنقل الزيت الخام المنتج من المنصة البحرية SP1 في حقل رأس جارة للشاطئ، ليعمل كخط احتياطي للخطين الحاليين لضمان إستدامة التشغيل. 

وسيتم تنفيذ هذه الأعمال باستخدام الوحدة البحرية المملوكة للشركة PMS-MAYO 

ويعكس هذا المشروع الثقة المستمرة من شركات قطاع البترول المصري في القدرات الفنية والهندسية لشركة خدمات البترول البحرية (PMS)، ويمثل إضافة جديدة لمسيرتها في تنفيذ المشروعات البحرية وفق أحدث المعايير العالمية، وبكوادر مصرية مؤهلة

PMS to Implement Subsea Cables installation  and Pipelines laying Project at Belayim Field to Enhance Production and Operational Sustainability

In alignment with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources’ strategy to maximize production and strengthen energy infrastructure, Petroleum Marine Services (PMS) has been awarded a comprehensive contract by Belayim Petroleum Company (Petrobel) to execute the installation of subsea electrical cables and pipelines in the Gulf of Suez and the Red Sea.

The project aims to support sustainable production and ensure the safe and efficient operation of offshore platforms.

The scope of work includes the laying and installation of three subsea electrical cables with a total length of 26 kilometers, supplying power to three offshore platforms in the Belayim Field. The project is being implemented in strategic collaboration with Maridive under the EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) model.

Leveraging its advanced technical capabilities and specialized fabrication workshops in El-Maadia, PMS will manufacture and assemble the required project components to ensure a reliable and secure power supply for offshore production platforms. This initiative will significantly enhance operational efficiency and boost crude oil production across the Belayim Fields.

The project also includes subsea pipeline laying works for Petrobel, designed to optimize operations and promote environmental sustainability. This involves laying an 8-kilometer subsea line connecting several wells in the Belayim Field to the onshore facilities in the Petreco area, enabling the reinjection of separated produced water (wastewater) into non-producing wells  an innovative and eco-friendly solution that ensures safe water disposal and reuse while protecting the marine environment.

Additionally, a 3-kilometer subsea pipeline laying works will be implemented to transport crude oil from the SP1 offshore platform in the Ras Gara Field to the shore, serving as a backup line to the existing pipelines and ensuring continuous and stable operations.

All project activities will be carried out using PMS’s owned marine unit, PMS-MAYO.
